Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNJI marketing website and user panel. It describes the data involved in using subscription services and how that data is handled. Information needed to manage an account, website analytics, and network connection content are separate categories, each processed for the purposes described below.
Account Details and Order Records
VPNJI requires no email address to create an account; a username and password are enough. An email address is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request. Please do not submit personal details unrelated to the issue.
Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and access management. Order records include the selected plan, payment status, transaction references, and refund processing records. They are used to verify payment results and resolve billing disputes. The service also processes plan validity and cumulative data usage for subscription billing. These records do not include a list of websites visited.
Our No-Logs Policy
VPNJI does not keep logs: it does not store which websites users access through international routes, or create records of browsing history, requests, or communications. It does not associate destinations with accounts to build behavioral profiles.
User connection logs are not kept as persistent records, and no history of individual connections is created. Temporary state used to forward traffic during a connection is released when the connection ends or operational state is cleared. Cumulative account usage and subscription status are handled separately for billing. The no-logs policy does not mean that order records, account data, or support tickets submitted by users are not retained.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and interaction results, improve content, and investigate page issues. Analytics cover activity on the VPNJI website; they are not used to collect records of websites users access through subscription routes and should not include passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary session state, save language preferences, and preserve user panel login status. Users can restrict or clear this data through browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to log in again or select a language. Logging out and clearing browser data removes locally stored state, but does not delete server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Boundaries
VPNJI supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments involve third-party payment services or the relevant transaction networks. Their identity checks, transaction processing, and data retention are governed by their own rules. To confirm receipt of payment, VPNJI processes the necessary transaction identifiers and results. Users do not need to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
When submitting a payment screenshot, please cover unrelated personal information and leave only the details needed to verify the order. This policy does not replace the privacy policy of a payment service. Before proceeding to another service, check the page source and its data handling information.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and support ticket records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable laws, and are not kept longer for unrelated purposes. Retention periods depend on the data category and processing purpose. Once a purpose ends and there is no further basis for retention, data should be deleted or processed so it can no longer identify an individual.
Users can log in to the panel and submit access, correction, or deletion requests through the support ticket portal, specifying the relevant account or order. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Records that must be retained by law or are still needed to resolve a dispute cannot be deleted at the same time; the reason for retention will be explained. Do not include passwords, login credentials, or complete subscription URLs.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be obtained as applicable; simply continuing to browse does not replace the necessary authorization.
If you have questions about how data is used or the outcome of a deletion request, contact us through a user panel support ticket. Subscription use is covered by the Terms of Service, and refunds by the Refund Policy. These documents describe service rules and data handling rules separately.
