VPNJI provides a VPN subscription service for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. Its 110+ countries and 150+ routes are organized by region and type, making it easier to choose an exit route based on the service you want to use rather than relying on route names alone.
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported, with unlimited simultaneous connections. Get clients and subscription details from the account panel after signing in; a valid plan is required to download installation files. For a first-time walkthrough, see Getting Started .
Route Selection and Troubleshooting
First check the target service’s regional requirements, then compare where IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections are best suited. Connection performance also depends on your local network, client settings, and the destination platform. Check actual access to confirm whether streaming works.
If something goes wrong, start with Troubleshooting to identify whether the issue involves subscription updates, connectivity, or app access. If it persists, submit a support ticket through the account panel, including the platform, route name, time of the issue, and error message. No Logs and Minimal Data Collection
VPNJI’s privacy policy is based on keeping no logs and collecting only the information needed to operate the account. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. When contacting support, provide only information relevant to diagnosing the issue, and leave out unrelated personal details.
